What are the objectives in the treatment of a burn-out?

The treatment of a burnout has two major objectives:

1. Recuperation (complaints reduction)
Through a series of interventions, we ensure that people regain physical and mental fitness as quickly as possible and get rid of the symptoms (eg fatigue, sleep disorders, irritability, …)

2. Prevention of relapse
By identifying the personal and organizational bound risk factors that play a part in the development of burnout and by learning corrective skills, we ensure maximum prevention of burnout.
