As mentioned above, there are several personal risk factors that increase the risk of developing a burnout.
Three important personal risk factors will be addressed in the following lessons, namely
- Not being able to say ‘No’
- Over-responsibility
- Unhealthy perfectionism
During these lessons we offer:
- a definition of the risk factor,
- we will measure whether this risk factor is present with you,
- why you are sensitive to this risk factor
- we give you crucial information about the risk factor
- we explain how to eliminate this risk factor
In the next lesson we start with the first personal risk factor: ‘Not being able to say ‘No’.
