BAT (Burnout Assessment Tool)

BAT (Burnout Assessment Tool)

The BAT is the result of a 3 year scientific Phd research at the Catholic University of Leuven. For those who want to read the full scientific report: Click Here.

It’s important to state that the BAT is not a burnout diagnosis tool, instead it is a measure to assess burnout complaints. After you have performed the BAT, you will receive your test result. Completing the questionnaire is a snapshot. This means that the results show how you are doing at that moment.

Then you will continue with a programme for the recovery and prevention of burnout. This protocol was developed by Gerrit Belis, clinical psychologist and cognitive behavioural therapist.
