Burnout is a state of exhaustion that has an impact on emotions (irritability, crying fits, etc.) and cognitive abilities (concentration and memory loss,..). This condition often leads to (long-term) work incapacity.
About 1 in 6 employees indicates that they suffer from psychological and physical fatigue.
Our approach can be divided into two major sub-goals.
We work with an online learning platform, ‘Digital Burnout Assistant‘ This consists of the following parts:
1. Diagnosis of the initial state using the Burnout Assessment Tool (BAT).
2. Promote recovery through two support modules: sleep recovery and healthy daily routine.
3. Identification and Remedy of personal and organizational risk factors through appropriate modules (‘personal’ and ‘organizational’ risk factors, see below).
4. Evaluation and coaching moments after a gradual return to work.
5. Measure with the BAT.
The program is for any companythat wants to map stress and burnout risks and help its employees to deal constructively with the prevention or remedy of burnout.
Executives get additional modules in the Digital Burnout Assistant with concrete handles to implement a policy for the prevention of burnout and the reintegration of an employee after a period of burnout.
The full range can therefore be consulted digitally. This way you have for at least a year access to all information and tools. Moreover, our (digital) EAP program can be linked. Employees can then contact a psychologist or psychotherapist to help them further if additional help is needed. Also, executives can receive support this way.
