An EAP or Employee Assistance Program helps employees with personal and/or work-related problems that affect work performance, health, mental and emotional well-being. It is a service offered by your employer in complete privacy outside the context of work.
An Employee Assistance Program is an essential part of the welfare policy . It is an individual support for employees with psychologically taxing difficulties .
You can use EAP in 2 ways:
The Employee Assistance Program includes a telephone intake during which we map out the problem. Then take the right person from U-Count! contact with the employee to start the assistance process. By default, 6 sessions are provided. But as a company you can always determine this yourself. The aim is to make the employee resilient as soon as possible and to regain quality of life.
An EAP or Employee Assistance Program is for any company that understands that employee well -being is genuinely important .
What often remains underexposed is that an EAP also ‘unburdens’ the HR department and the managers. After all, it often concerns subjects for which specific knowledge and training is required or for which employees are not inclined to call on these services or managers.
An EAP is a complete program in itself. Possible aftercare consists of the possibility of an extension of the number of sessions or of taking up the trajectory again if necessary.
It goes without saying that the U-Count! employee is easily accessible to the client.
We care for the well-being of everyone
